Job Description


Arq Mountain Centre Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our management team and ensure the smooth operation of business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, such as answering and redirecting phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
  • Maintain and update company databases and files.
  • Assist in the coordination of virtual meetings, seminars and events
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
