Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Montreal

Are you looking for a hybrid role in Downtown Montreal?Our client, a financial institution, is looking for an Administrative Assistant! The role offers general office services, ensuring that all administrative and operational processes and control standards are adhered to while seeking to identify, develop, and participate in the implementation of improvement opportunities, thus contributing to the effective and efficient functioning of the business group.What do they offer?- Salary up to $65K + bonuses ($5K to $10K)
- 4 weeks of vacation

- Hybrid role (4 days in the office)
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives, including tracking metrics and milestones
- Establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of departmental events
- Provide specialized and professional support to a senior executive and their top-level managers within a large and diversified department or business group
- Coordinate and monitor budgets and reports on results compared to the budget
- Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced administrative assistants to help them develop their skills to handle their current responsibilities
- Manage and monitor calendars and upcoming events
- Send meeting invitations, book meeting rooms, and organize resources and other needs to facilitate meetings efficiently
- Support the coordination and implementation of departmental events
- Execute other related tasks
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative/professional support role and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study are desirable
