We are currently seeking an Administrative Data Coordinator to support our waste management operations in Metro Vancouver. This role will be responsible for collating, verifying, and reporting data collected by our Field Data Collection Assistants across approximately 2,300 properties. Your work will directly contribute to improving service efficiency and optimizing waste management processes.
Collect and organize data received from Field Data Collection Assistants in a timely manner.
Verify the completeness and accuracy of data, following up on discrepancies when needed.
Input data into designated databases, spreadsheets, and internal reporting tools.
Generate clear, accurate reports and summaries based on collected data.
Maintain up-to-date digital and physical records of field reports and related documentation.
Collaborate with field staff and supervisors to support data quality, consistency, and deadlines.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and updates for internal stakeholders.
Perform other administrative and data-related duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or completed a post-secondary program in business administration, data management, environmental studies, or a related field.
Strong data entry and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and database tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
