We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract role. Hours of work are flexible, but must be within business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm). The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience in administrative tasks. This role involves requesting, reviewing, and filing client records.
Duties
Maintain file records in Microsoft Office programs
Requesting outstanding medical records, saving submitted records, and filing records
Reviewing records for accuracy and requesting more information, when necessary
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management
Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
