The Position We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Office Administrator) to join our talented team. The position schedule can be adjusted so that you work two 8-hour days or the hours can be spread over the span of a week. Your duties will include:
  • inputting payable invoices into accounting program
  • checking and sorting daily mail
  • inputting sales invoices into the accounting program
  • data entry into our internal Dairy Management software program
  • data entry into various Excel spreadsheets.
Requirements We use Sage 50 for our accounting program. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has worked with Sage 50 (or comparable system) and MS Word and MS Excel.
