The Position We are currently seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Office Administrator) to join our talented team. The position schedule can be adjusted so that you work two 8-hour days or the hours can be spread over the span of a week. Your duties will include:
Part-time hours: 16 per week Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits:
- inputting payable invoices into accounting program
- checking and sorting daily mail
- inputting sales invoices into the accounting program
- data entry into our internal Dairy Management software program
- data entry into various Excel spreadsheets.
