Job Description


Administrative Assistant Duties: - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, correspondence, and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
-Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field Experience: - Experience in Social Media platforms and management
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) for document creation and collaboration Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview. Education:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree (preferred)
Experience:
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (preferred)
Work Location: In person
