Since 2003, Certified Alarms and Surveillance (CAI) has been helping secure our community, specializing in 4 areas: IP Surveillance, Intrusion alarm installation and monitoring, ULC Fire signaling, and Access Control Systems. Our target market consists of small to medium size businesses including commercial, industrial and oil and gas solutions. We are looking for a full-time Office Administrator to meet or exceed client expectations.

This full-time position requires a highly organized and attention to detail individual with the skills necessary to deliver a high level of service to both customers and staff, in a timely and efficient manner. This goal-oriented, self-motivated individual will be instrumental in helping CAI operate with the highest standards of integrity. They are instrumental in assisting CAI Management and customers, operating within the company's guidelines. We are looking for energetic, tech savvy, customer focused individuals that will embody our 9 points of culture.

•We are located 5 minutes from Chinook LRT, on the corner of Blackfoot Trail and Glenmore Trail (across from Hotel Blackfoot) in Phillips Park. •

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Post installation customer surveys
• Leads and Proposals Follow-up
• Covering phones for Breaks / Holidays / Peak and Sick Times
• Use of Service Management Software for checking work orders, schedule, notes, client details and inventory ensuring accuracy and job completion
• Opening new customer accounts
• Updating customer files and accounts
• Updating internal documents
• Maintaining company social media accounts, including but not limited :Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube, Constant Contact, TikTok, and our company website.
• Bookkeeping

Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years industry experience
• Able to work independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Security Systems (Intrusion, Surveillance and Access Control, ULC Fire Monitoring)
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Smart Draw
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
• Post-Secondary education, or equivalent job experience accepted
• Excellent organizational Skills, and capable of multi-tasking
• Good Planning / Critical Thinking Skills
• Worked with QuickBooks / Accounting Background

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
