Job title Administrative Assistant Job Summary This position is responsible for the management and maintenance of data and software related to the dealership\'s vehicle inventory. They are responsible for tracking, documenting, and organizing the vehicles in stock, ensuring accurate records, and assisting in the overall operational efficiency of the dealership, as well as the production of reports, and other miscellaneous administrative duties. Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain a detailed record of all vehicles in stock, including new and used vehicles.
  • Update inventory records as vehicles are acquired, sold, or transferred.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations regarding inventory management.
  • Development and production of reports

  • Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure accurate and timely information on vehicle availability.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed, such as filing, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with dealership events.
Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good time management
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of automotive inventory procedures and dealership operations is a plus.
