Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customers by greeting and assisting them with inquiries in person, on the phone, and through email
Schedule appointments and manage workflow with our technicians to ensure seamless service
Handle essential paperwork, including intake forms, insurance documents, and repair orders
Manage invoicing, accept payments, and keep our financial records accurate and up to date
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception and office space
Collaborate with team members to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
Support management with additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in an automotive environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Experience using Mitchell1 or similar automotive software is highly valuable
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing records and data entry
Strong communication and people skills, with a friendly and professional attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Familiarity with automotive repair processes or terminology is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are an asset
Spanish language skills are an asset
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $16 to $20, based on experience and qualifications
