Position Title Administrative Assistant, AB Location Dalum, AB Reporting Relationships As part of Potentia\xe2\x80\x99s Operations team, this position reports directly to the Wind Operations Coordinator. Accountabilities & Key Functions The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for document control and will support the Wind Operations Coordinator on daily tasks. The role is a full-time position, set to support and be responsible in handling document processing for various other sites within the operating wind fleet. As a highly motivated individual with very good organizational and communication skills, you will be placed with a team of professionals. You will bring with you, expertise that can be built upon and work as a great asset within Potentia. Role & Responsibilities:
  • Track delivery documents received at site;
  • Scan and file all documentation received at the site;
  • Assist in compiling reports;
  • Provide administrative support to the Wind Operations Coordinator, such as setting up and picking up local services or deliveries that may be required;
  • Some field support may be required;
  • Wind site budget tracking and reporting;
  • Perform Monthly Accruals;
  • Perform quarterly accrual reporting;
  • Process Invoices and PO\xe2\x80\x99s from all wind sites;
  • Tracking of Invoices and Payments across all wind sites;
  • Assisting in New vendor setups in SAP Concur;
  • Assist in PO creating and tracking;
  • Implement PRI Inventory management process.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities The successful candidate will possess the following combination of experience, knowledge, and skills:
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent listening and note-taking skills
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone and email manners
  • Self-motivated, professional, and flexible; able to work both independently and within a team
  • Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License required.
