Responsibilities
Manage operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer support.
Maintain organized filing systems and assist with clerical tasks as needed.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance efficiency.
Skills
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
