Responsabilites :



Fournir un soutien administratif de qualite aux membres de l'equipe et a la direction dans leurs taches quotidiennes Coordonner et organiser le travail selon les echeanciers etablis Gerer les courriels, les calendriers et les rendez-vous, et organiser les reunions et autres engagements Preparer, mettre en page et corriger divers documents, rapports et correspondances Reviser et corriger les documents internes et externes Transcrire avec precision les notes dictees Ouvrir, organiser et assurer le suivi des dossiers en cours Rediger et organiser des documents internes et de la correspondance Participer aux processus de facturation et assurer le suivi des comptes en souffrance Repondre aux demandes internes ou externes et assurer les suivis necessaires Communiquer avec les clients ou les collaborateurs pour fournir ou clarifier certaines informations Maintenir et organiser la documentation liee a la gestion du temps et des taches

Profil recherche :



Minimum de 5 ans d'experience dans un poste d'adjoint.e administratif.ve Excellent bilinguisme (francais/anglais), parle et ecrit Grande rigueur et souci du detail Capacite a travailler de facon autonome tout en suivant les directives

Responsibilities:



Provide high-quality administrative support to team members and management in their daily tasks. Coordinate and structure work according to established deadlines. Manage emails, calendars, and appointments, and help organize meetings and internal engagements. Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence. Proofread and edit various internal and client-facing materials. Accurately and efficiently transcribe dictated notes and materials. Qualifications:



Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant role High level of bilingualism (French/English), both oral and written Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively Proactive and capable of working autonomously while following directives
