Aspire Lung Lab is a specialized pulmonary function testing clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality, accurate diagnostic services to patients and referring physicians. Our mission is to support the diagnosis and management of respiratory conditions through cutting-edge testing and a patient-first approach.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in fostering relationships with the community and ensuring effective communication between our clinic and its affiliates. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for outreach initiatives.

This unique role combines day-to-day administrative support with strategic outreach and marketing to referring clinics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals in a professional and personable manner.

Duties



Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage with community partners and medical clinics Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, including data entry and filing. Provide administrative support, including managing phone systems and front desk operations. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation, communication, and data management. Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring high levels of patient care Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity in all communications. Organize events and meetings related to outreach initiatives, coordinating logistics as needed and developing strong relationships with referring physicians Collaborate with team members to enhance outreach efforts and improve community engagement.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a medical office setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Experience with Accuro EMR an asset Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and data management tasks. Strong typing skills and familiarity with proofreading documents for accuracy. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to effectively manage inquiries from patients Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
