Our team is growing, and we're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to support our front-of-house operations.

Position Overview:


The Administrative & Front Desk Coordinator is the face of Infinite Event Services. This role provides reception coverage, client support, data entry, and administrative assistance to help keep our office running smoothly and our clients satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:



Reception & Front Counter Support



Greet clients, vendors, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude Respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner Manage front desk activities including deliveries, pick-ups, and client inquiries

Customer Service & Support



Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with rental inquiries Provide information about available rental items and services Coordinate with operations and sales teams to confirm orders and schedules

Data Entry & Records Management



Enter rental, client, and logistical data into internal systems with accuracy Maintain and organize digital and physical files Support inventory tracking and reporting as needed Data Entry into accounting software

General Office Administration



Monitor and order office supplies Schedule meetings and coordinate internal calendars Handle mail, scanning, photocopying, and filing tasks Provide occasional support with invoicing or order entry

Qualifications:



Prior experience in administration, reception, or customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general office systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to multitask Professional appearance and strong work ethic

Working Conditions:



Full-time, in-office position (Monday to Friday) Office located in west Edmonton (11303 153 Street NW) Wage range:

$16 - $22 per hour

, depending on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
