We are looking for a administration support to assist in maintaining records and books for a busy property management company in Collingwood.
Job duties include working closely with property managers and the finance team to provide administration support.
The primary responsibilities will relate to data entry, filing, and miscellaneous admin support.
Responsibilities:
Input records and data into the system database
Assist with the inputting of data for account receivables and deposits
Assist in reviewing and inputting of arrears
Assist in audit preparations on an as required basis
Assist in mailings and filings as required
