Job Description

We are looking for a administration support to assist in maintaining records and books for a busy property management company in Collingwood.

Job duties include working closely with property managers and the finance team to provide administration support.

The primary responsibilities will relate to data entry, filing, and miscellaneous admin support.

Responsibilities:

Input records and data into the system database Assist with the inputting of data for account receivables and deposits Assist in reviewing and inputting of arrears Assist in audit preparations on an as required basis Assist in mailings and filings as required

Requirements



Data entry skills along with a knowledge for numbers, Hands-on experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and knowledge of spreadsheets, Customer service oriented, Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast past environment, and A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
