THE POSITION




Your main mission will be to play a key role in managing human resources, applying standards, and supporting administrative operations. This position offers you the opportunity to assist professional and managerial staff, contributing directly to the success and efficiency of our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Carry out the complete recruitment cycle for teaching, support, and professional positions, while reinforcing the reputation of our School Board. Actively participate in the drafting of job descriptions and the application of collective labor agreements in terms of personnel movements. Act as a resource for school and department managers, to identify needs and provide the necessary support in the application and deployment of good HR practices and regulations in place. Screen applications. Carry out rigorous administrative follow-up of employee files (contracts, work permits, skills tests, etc.) and properly integrate information into the appropriate systems. Manage and improve the induction and integration process for new employees, including salary evaluation. Create and adapt work methods, participate in human resources needs analysis and standards development, to optimize processes. Use various software programs and produce reports and ensure their transmission to the relevant organizations. Perform any other related tasks as required.

Votre mission principale consistera a jouer un role cle dans la gestion des ressources humaines, l'application de normes et le soutien des operations administratives. Ce poste vous offre l'opportunite d'assister du personnel professionnel et cadre, contribuant ainsi directement au succes et a l'efficience de notre organisation.

LES RESPONSABILITES



Realiser le cycle complet de recrutement pour des postes d'enseignants, de support et de professionnels, tout en renforcant la notoriete de notre Commission scolaire. Participer activement a la redaction de descriptions de poste et l'application des conventions collectives de travail en termes de mouvement de personnel Agir en tant que ressource aupres des directions d'etablissements scolaires et de departements, afin de cibler les besoins et fournir l'accompagnement necessaire consequent dans l'application et le deploiement de bonnes pratiques RH et des reglementations en place. Effectuer le tri de candidatures. Effectuer les suivis administratifs, de facon rigoureuse, des dossiers employes (contrats, permis de travail, tests de competences, etc.) et integrer adequatement l'information dans les systemes appropries. Piloter et ameliorer le processus d'accueil et integration pour les nouveaux employes, incluant l'evaluation salariale. Creer et adapter des methodes de travail, participer a l'analyse des besoins en ressources humaines et a l'elaboration de normes, afin d'optimiser les processus. Utiliser divers logiciels et produire des rapports et en assurerez la transmission aux organismes concernes. Au besoin, accomplir toute autre tache connexe.
