345 Central, in partnership with Rainmaker Consulting, is seeking a professional and motivated
Administration & Sales Coordinator
to support the daily operations and client experience within our business centre. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels in organization, client service, and sales execution, and who is comfortable working independently while maintaining a polished corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Open, close, and oversee the daily operation of the business centre.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants renting office space.
Manage inbound and outbound couriers.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain accurate schedules.
Ensure adequate stock levels and oversee office supply organization.
Liaise with vendors and service providers.
Support tenant move-ins and move-outs, including documentation and onboarding/offboarding processes.
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Work in collaboration with the bookkeeper.
Sales & Marketing
Market the business centre's offices through Google Ads and other digital platforms.
Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads.
Respond promptly to inquiries and engage potential clients.
Schedule and conduct professional tours of the business centre.
Draft contracts and coordinate the rental process with prospective tenants.
Track and report on lead generation, advertising performance, and occupancy.
Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience
in an administrative and/or corporate role.
Strong understanding of
SEO
,
Google Ads
, and basic digital marketing principles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
Professional presence and strong customer service orientation.
