Bosda International Inc. is a leading automotive parts manufacturers' representative and distributor located in Aurora, Ontario. We focus on aftermarket sales, product research, and customer services of wheel hub assemblies and wheel bearings for passenger cars and light-duty trucks. Our mission is to deliver quality products and services to our valuable customers in USA and Canada.

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented

Administration Officer

to support our

Operations Manager

with various

day-to-day administrative tasks

.

Key Responsibilities



Process and verify incoming

customer purchase orders (POs)

Create company POs for suppliers and prepare

invoices

,

packing slips

, and

open order reports

Compile and submit

customs clearance documents

for

import/export logistics

Coordinate

shipping schedules

, including

ocean freight

and

air freight

Respond to

customer inquiries

, resolve issues with internal teams and suppliers Escalate unresolved issues to

senior management

when necessary Support general office operations and provide

administrative assistance

as assigned

Required Qualifications



Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Time management and

multi-tasking skills

in a fast-paced environment Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

Dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with web-based tools Fluent in English; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Administration, or a related field Minimum 1-2 year of relative experience Able to read products bluprint
