About Our Client
Our client, a transportation and logistics company, is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Administration Manager to join their dynamic team in Vancouver on a full-time permanent basis. In this position, you will be leading the Finance and Administration team to deliver all service commitments to our employees and vendors. You will be working from Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day. Responsibilities

  • Managing the Finance activities including accounts receivables and payables (AR/AP), billing, and invoices
  • Handling customer incoming/outgoing calls, documentation, and internal systems management
  • Leading the development of weekly/monthly KPIs and reports
  • Assisting with financial reporting and period-end procedures
  • Creating and updating employee s and Work Instructions (SOP\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s)
  • Maintaining employees\' service deliverables and job expectations by coaching and counseling employees
  • Conducting an annual job performance review for each team member
Qualifications
  • Must have a degree or diploma in accounting and or finance
  • A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience is required
  • Must know finance procedures
  • Self-motivated, driven to perform, and maintain high standards under pressure
  • Ability to communicate well and resolve issues
  • Ability to analyze financial data and find ways to solve problems or make improvements
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize time effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Attention to detail and completing tasks with a high degree of quality and accuracy
