WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Prepare and maintain daily and seasonal schedules according to budgets and business levels
• Prepare invoicing and track payment of all Childcare products
• Assist with all asset management, purchasing and inventory processes of Snow School, Kids at Blue and Summer Programming
• Troubleshoot sales and bookings of Kids at Blue, Snow School
• Keep up-to-date information on all Kids at Blue, Snow School staff
• Coordinate pre-season communication with program participants.
• Support and help train the Information and Reservation and Guest Services teams with regards to Kids at Blue, Snow School and Summer Programming products
