Administrative Assistant

UCCL Group The UCCL Group is the franchisor for two national brands and is a long standing organization with over 30 years in the franchising industry. We currently have operations in six provinces throughout Canada and expect major expansion with one of our brands over the next several years. This is an exciting time for the UCCL Group and we are looking for amazing people to join our growing team! Duties / Responsibilities We are looking for an individual to play an essential support role in our growing organization. The individual will have daily communication with management and franchisees, aiding with the overall flow of workplace data and operations. Our goal is to have this individual become a long-term and integral part of our organization. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Aid in general flow of head office operations
  • Internal data management
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Providing customer service primarily by phone or email
  • Maintaining services to franchisees
  • General clerical work
  • Directing phone calls
  • Data input to internal CRM
  • Meeting participation and minute taking
  • Email management and communications
Skills Required
  • Highly organized with a strong administrative skill set
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Very comfortable communicating with a team, and an ability to work independently and self-motivate
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette and experience with inbound and outbound calling
  • Experience with a multi-line telephone system
  • Experience working with a pc in a MS Windows environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with general office duties such as filing, data entry and courier coordinating
