Position: Administrative and Accounting Assistant
Location: Downtown Montreal
Salary: Up to $55,000 depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent

Our partner in the real estate industry is looking for an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to join their great team in Montreal.

Your main responsibilities:

- Complete accounting cycle; accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Answering phone calls and being the contact person for tenants
- Office management
- Government reporting
- Payroll processing
- Bank reconciliation

Ideal candidate for this position:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in accounting
- Experience in real estate management
- Bilingual to communicate with clients outside of Quebec
- Knowledge of Hopem, an asset
