Aper\xc3\xa7u du poste

Administrateur de la paie sera responsable du traitement \xc3\xa0 temps et pr\xc3\xa9cis des listes de paye d\'employ\xc3\xa9s au Canada. Le/la titulaire sera responsable d\'assurer que toutes les dates cruciales de tomb\xc3\xa9e pour les d\xc3\xa9p\xc3\xb4ts des salaires, les paiements statutaires et les relev\xc3\xa9s d\'imp\xc3\xb4t de fin d\'ann\xc3\xa9e sont respect\xc3\xa9es. Le/la titulaire devra avoir une connaissance approfondie des pratiques de livre de paie, des politiques d\'avantages sociaux et des syst\xc3\xa8mes d\'application pour listes de paye. La grande complexit\xc3\xa9 et diversit\xc3\xa9 du poste exige une approche analytique d\xc3\xa9montrant la capacit\xc3\xa9 de comprendre, d\xe2\x80\x99analyser et d\xe2\x80\x99interpr\xc3\xa9ter les demandes strictes de la r\xc3\xa8glementation gouvernementale.

Activit\xc3\xa9s principales :

Responsable de la pr\xc3\xa9cision aux dates de traitement de la paye canadienne pour notre soci\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 en analysant et pr\xc3\xa9parant les donn\xc3\xa9es de la liste de paye pour la validation du traitement ainsi que de la v\xc3\xa9rification du syst\xc3\xa8me de paie.

Devra prendre en charge les donn\xc3\xa9es re\xc3\xa7ues de diff\xc3\xa9rentes sources, les interpr\xc3\xa9ter et les mettre \xc3\xa0 jour, et assurer que tout le processus est conforme aux politiques et proc\xc3\xa9dures de la soci\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9. Ceci comprendra les donn\xc3\xa9es provenant des interfaces du syst\xc3\xa8me de ressources humaines WorkDay, des fournisseurs d\xe2\x80\x99avantages sociaux, des actions, des r\xc3\xa9compenses, de primes, de cessations, d\xe2\x80\x99indemnit\xc3\xa9s de d\xc3\xa9part, du traitement de compensations d\xe2\x80\x99expatri\xc3\xa9s et tout autre paiement.

Une compr\xc3\xa9hension approfondie de toutes les lois gouvernementales et des contr\xc3\xb4les de conformit\xc3\xa9 financi\xc3\xa8re ainsi que des politiques et avantages sociaux de la soci\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9.

Responsable de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9mission des relev\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99emploi conform\xc3\xa9ment aux lois.

V\xc3\xa9rification, exactitude et exhaustivit\xc3\xa9 de toutes les entr\xc3\xa9es du journal de paye compl\xc3\xa8tes et pr\xc3\xa9cises \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99aide de plusieurs syst\xc3\xa8mes de comptabilit\xc3\xa9.

Calcul, validation et traitement des gains admissibles au programme de retraite ainsi que les avantages de rapprochements des employ\xc3\xa9s en cong\xc3\xa9 de maladie ou autre.

Devra entretenir les relations avec le service des ressources humaines et les autres partenaires d\xe2\x80\x99affaires pour r\xc3\xa9soudre les diff\xc3\xa9rences de fa\xc3\xa7on rapide et efficace.

Contribuera \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration et la mise en \xc5\x93uvre des politiques du livre de paie et de la proc\xc3\xa9dure de contr\xc3\xb4le interne.

Documentation de la liste de paye, optimisation et am\xc3\xa9lioration continue des processus.

Devra participer aux divers projets.

R\xc3\xa9pondre \xc3\xa0 toutes les demandes internes et externes concernant les questions li\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 la paie et les imp\xc3\xb4ts.

Assister dans la production des sommaires \xc3\xa0 la fin d\xe2\x80\x99ann\xc3\xa9e.

Autres t\xc3\xa2ches selon les besoins.

Pourrait \xc3\xa9galement \xc3\xaatre appel\xc3\xa9(e) \xc3\xa0 soutenir les activit\xc3\xa9s ci-dessous au besoin:

Soutenir le traitement, de la validation et de la mise \xc3\xa0 jour du programme de d\xc3\xa9duction d\'imp\xc3\xb4ts en ce qui a trait au processus d\'\xc3\xa9tablissement permanent.

Assister \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9paration int\xc3\xa9grale des bordereaux annuels et T2200 et de l\'analyse et la finalisation compl\xc3\xa8te pour tous les ajustements de fin d\'ann\xc3\xa9e et pr\xc3\xa9parer les sommaires gouvernementaux.

Fournir assistance pour tous les rapprochements de comptabilit\xc3\xa9, de paye et du grand livre, comprenant les avantages sociaux, les gains pour les programmes de retraite et de fin d\'ann\xc3\xa9e.

Qualifications, comp\xc3\xa9tences et exp\xc3\xa9rience requises:

DEC en administration ou en comptabilit\xc3\xa9. Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at un atout.

Une d\xc3\xa9signation de l\'Institut national de la paie (INP) un atout.

Un minimum de trois ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un environnement complexe de gestion de la paye d\'entreprise avec connaissance approfondie de la l\xc3\xa9gislation de livre de paie.

Connaissance approfondie des syst\xc3\xa8mes de gestion de la paye.

Comp\xc3\xa9tences avanc\xc3\xa9es d\'utilisation de syst\xc3\xa8mes informatis\xc3\xa9s et aptitudes pouss\xc3\xa9es pour l\xe2\x80\x99analyse et la r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes.

Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler sous pression.

Position Overview:

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of the employee payrolls for Canada. The incumbent is responsible to ensure that all crucial deadlines are met for pay deposits, statutory payments and year-end tax reporting. The incumbent requires sound knowledge of payroll practices, benefit policies and payroll application system. The high complexity and diversity of the position requires an analytical approach demonstrating the ability to understand, analyze and interpret demanding government legislation.

Primary Activities:

Accountable for the accuracy and timely processing of Canadian payroll for the Company by analyzing and preparing all payroll information for processing validation and verification into the payroll system.

Receiving, interpreting and updating data from different sources and ensure they are in line with company policies and procedures. These include interfaces from WorkDay HR system, benefits provider, stocks, awards, bonuses, terminations, severance payments, expat compensation processing and any other adhoc payments.

Thorough understanding of all government legislation and compliance, financial controls and company and benefit policies.

Responsible for issuing Record of Employments as per legislation.

Verification, accuracy and completeness of all payroll journal entries, using multiple accounting systems.

Calculation, validation and processing of pensionable earnings, as well as benefits reconciliation of employees on leave of absence.

Maintain working relationship with Human Resources and other operating partners to resolve discrepancies rapidly and efficiently.

Contribute to the development and implementation of payroll policies, procedures and internal controls.

Payroll documentation, process optimization and continuous improvement.

Participate in projects.

Respond to all internal and external inquiries on payroll related issues and taxation.

Assist in processing government year-end summaries and all other applicable year end support.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

DSC in Finance or Accounting. Bachelor\'s degree, an asset.

National Payroll Institute (NPI) Certification an asset.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a complex payroll business environment, with strong knowledge of payroll legislation.

Strong knowledge of payroll systems; experience with ADP WorkForceNow (WFN) an asset

Strong computer, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, strong personal integrity.

Team oriented with ability to collaborate with business and communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written in French/English.
