Your administrative work will help strengthen programs rooted in snew?iyelh (teachings), ensuring children and youth thrive with safety, identity, and pride in their heritage.
What You'll Do
------------------
Provide administrative support for Early Years & Youth programs, including Shewaynewas Family Program and Youth Services, upholding Sk?wx?wu?7mesh values.
Maintain databases for enrollment, attendance, and reporting, ensuring accurate tracking for funders and programs.
Process financial documents (purchase orders, invoices, subsidies) and reconcile expenses with wenaxws (respect).
Coordinate logistics for events, therapy appointments, and family transportation, fostering Uxwumixw (community) connections.
Draft newsletters, flyers, and communications to share program updates and cultural opportunities.
Support families with childcare benefit applications and subsidy claims, removing barriers to access.
What We're Looking For
--------------------------
Administrative experience, preferably in family/child services or nonprofit settings.
Proficiency in database management, financial tracking, and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Ability to liaise with Nation Members, professionals, and government contacts with professionalism.

Salary:
$ 47,000 - $ 66,000 annually
