We are seeking a highly organised and service-oriented Admin/Supply Chain Associate to join our team. This role supports both our customers and internal operations by handling day-to-day administrative and customer service functions with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have had experience in a healthcare sales or customer service environment. Big asset to be fluent in both French and English.
Duties
Administrative & Office Support
Accurately enter and process customer orders and service requests
Prepare basic documents including quotes, shipping documents, and reports
Perform filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks as needed
General Office Duties
Answer phones, direct phone calls and tend to visitors/couriers on site
Maintain a clean and professional office environment
Support internal projects and administrative initiatives as assigned
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Provide support regarding orders, product information, delivery timelines, and returns
Communicate with clients approprietly to ensure high-quality service
Warehouse Maintenance
Keep warehouse organised and tidy
Stay on top of inventory/shipping tracking details
Maintain accurate stock levels
Qualifications:
Fluent in
English
, both verbal and written. (Fluency in French a strong asset)
2+ years of experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry systems
Experience in the healthcare or medical supply field is an asset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
