Job Description

Seeking a self-starter, outgoing individual with a passion for administrative work. This job demands discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail. We are looking for candidates who possess outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a willingness and ability to multitask as well as take initiative when required. The successful candidate will have experience with scheduling, organization and correspondence.

Responsibilities:

answering phone calls from clients writing and responding to emails requesting treatment extensions entering new clients into Jane App scheduling client's appointments taking payment from clients submitting claims for extended health benefits cleaning treatment rooms between clients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
