Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and maintain an organised workspace
Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information
Support financial tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office
Provide clerical support as needed, including typing documents and managing schedules
Qualifications
Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is required
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills
