If you are looking for additional income, side job, we are seeking a skilled individual to join our team and provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is an in person position with some remote hours, looking for flexibility but will most likely be two days a week for 4 hours and 2 hours remote an a different day.
We are also looking for intern/co-op students and can offer more hours to fulfill requirements for your program.
Responsibilities:
Performing clerical duties fulfilling tasks assigned by supervisor
Job shadowing and learning technical skills related to industry
Managing correspondence, memos and reports as needed
Social Media management
Ensure that all documents are completed accurately and efficiently
Manage and update client records and databases
Liaise with clients to provide updates on the progress of their applications
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
Requirements:
Real Estate experience not mandatory but preferred
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Effective verbal, written and listening skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
Technical proficiency; computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs
