Your days will include:
Performing general office duties, including filing, printing forms, scanning documents, and ordering supplies as needed.
Conducting paper verification tasks to ensure accurate documentation.
Visiting various production floors to perform swabbing activities and microbiological plate readings.
Archiving documents and maintaining organized records.
Providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance Team, including data entry, sample preparation, and calibrating measuring tools.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively within a team environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and experience with database entry and management.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
