We are seeking highly organized and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our insurance brokerage team. As an Administrative Assistant , you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for providing admin support, managing front desk operations, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Duties:
Greet and assist visitors, clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls as needed.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for our team.
Type, file and organize documents and correspondence.
Provide general admin support to the team as required.
Requirements:
Successful completion of Grade 12 or higher.
Previous experience in the insurance industry or as a front desk receptionist is preferred.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft office, Google Suite.
Strong organizational skills with ability to priorities tasks efficiently.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bilingual (English, Punjabi and Hindi) preferred.
