This job entails admin support for several executives, logistics and order fulfillment support and general admin support for two small food related businesses!
We are looking for someone who is extremely well organized who is open to new challenges and ready to learn, experience in logistics is not critical.
This particular role will be a general admin and support role where working autonomously, being a self-starter and having a wonderful disposition, are all major assets. We are a very fun group to work with are that are big believers in working hard and playing hard. This position will have significant flexibility in terms of working from home as well as the occasional need to work from our office in Midtown Toronto, near Avenue Road and Bloor.
Responsibilities
Keeping Several busy executives organized
Coordinate warehouse distribution activities including shipping & receiving, order picking, and materials management
Manage procurement processes and sourcing strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
Oversee transportation management systems (TMS) and collaborate with 3PL providers to ensure timely deliveries
Manage freight arrangements, packaging, and shipping schedules to meet delivery deadlines
Support e-commerce sites including order fulfillment activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Social Media support and Shopify support for several ecommerce sites
Maintain compliance with safety standards during all warehouse activities
We're looking for someone who is hyper organized and a great multi-tasker. You'll be working on several companies and for several executives at the same time, and be responsible for keeping us organized and product flowing!

Pay: $38,050.73-$64,844.25 per year
