We are seeking a Adm and Purchases Support to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Adm and Purchases Support will support our sales closing process and assist with project-related administrative tasks. This includes accounts payable support, file management, purchaser communication, walkthrough coordination, purchasing tracking, follow-ups, data analysis, and general administrative duties, including the preparation and management of purchase orders (POs).
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Closing Support:
Manage and organize closing files to ensure accuracy and completion.
Communicate with purchasers, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
Schedule and attend walkthroughs to facilitate a smooth customer experience.
PO preparation and records maintenance
Track and monitor purchasing activities, including follow-ups with vendors and suppliers.
Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation.
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support project decision-making.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely updates for project documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.
