Sous la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 du Directeur de Site, vous assurez le pilotage op\xc3\xa9rationnel de la totalit\xc3\xa9 des activit\xc3\xa9s de transport et logistique du site Newrest Dorval.

Mission :

• Manager les \xc3\xa9quipes des diff\xc3\xa9rents services de production (cuisine, pr\xc3\xa9paration, montage et emballage des plateaux repas\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Veiller au bon d\xc3\xa9roulement des prestations et garantir sa qualit\xc3\xa9 dans le respect des r\xc3\xa8gles et proc\xc3\xa9dures
• Maintenir un syst\xc3\xa8me de contr\xc3\xb4le efficace ainsi qu\xe2\x80\x99une production efficiente en respectant les r\xc3\xa8gles en vigueur en termes d\xe2\x80\x99hygi\xc3\xa8ne (HACCP)
• Superviser la production des repas en respectant les sp\xc3\xa9cifications des clients, \xc3\xa9valuer et contr\xc3\xb4ler les prestations des produites
• Encadrer les techniques de production
• Respecter et faire respecter les r\xc3\xa8gles d\xe2\x80\x99hygi\xc3\xa8ne et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9
• V\xc3\xa9rifier et assurer la bonne implantation des proc\xc3\xa9dures \xc3\xa0 suivre ainsi que la qualit\xc3\xa9 du service fourni
• \xc3\x89tablir les besoins en collaboration avec le Directeur Production
• Surveiller la maintenance des produits utilis\xc3\xa9s

Profil recherch\xc3\xa9 :

• Une exp\xc3\xa9rience pr\xc3\xa9alable dans la production alimentaire
• La connaissance du catering a\xc3\xa9rien est un r\xc3\xa9el atout
• Comp\xc3\xa9tence bureautique obligatoire (Word et Excel)
• Connaissance des r\xc3\xa8gles de sant\xc3\xa9, hygi\xc3\xa8ne et s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9
• Minimum de 3 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa0 un poste similaire
• \xc3\x8atre autonome et proactif

Under the responsibility of the Unit manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of all transport and logistics activities of the Newrest Dorval.

Mission:

• Manage the teams of the various production departments (kitchen, preparation, assembly and packaging of meal trays...)
• Ensure the smooth running of the services and guarantee its quality in compliance with the rules and procedures
• Maintain an effective control system as well as an efficient production by respecting the rules in force in terms of hygiene (HACCP)
• Supervise the production of meals in accordance with customer specifications, evaluate and control the performance of the products
• Supervise production techniques
• Respect and ensure the respect of hygiene and safety rules
• Verify and ensure the proper implementation of procedures and the quality of service provided
• Establish the needs in collaboration with the Production Manager
• Supervise the maintenance of the products used

Required Profil :

• Previous experience in food production
• Knowledge of airline catering is a real asset
• Competence in office automation is mandatory (Word and Excel)
• Knowledge of health, hygiene and safety regulations
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
• Be autonomous and proactive
