Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Acupuncturist to join our Health Care team. The Acupuncturist will use traditional chinese medicine techniques, including Acupuncture and related therapies to treat patients physical and emotional conditions. This position involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other health care professional for comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations to assess health concerns, medical history, and goals.
• Diagnose health conditions and imbalances using traditional chinese medicine principles
• Administer Acupuncture treatments, using appropriate needle techniques based on patient needs
• Provide additional therapies, such as cupping.
• Educate patients on Acupuncture and lifestyle adjustments and holistic health practices
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Collaborate with other Practitioners such as Naturopathic Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Chiros, Osteopaths, RMTS, Counsellors and Acupuncturists.
• Ensure Compliance with provinical regulations and clinic protocols

Qualifications:

• Registered and up to date License in BC to practice Acupuncture
• Registered with CTCMA
• Experience in a healthcare clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
