Job Description

We're looking for passionate and dedicated Psychotherapist: both full-time and part-time contractors who are enthusiastic about health, wellness, and advancing their careers. As a valued member of the FLUID team, you'll enjoy consistent shifts while delivering exceptional service that encourages strong client loyalty.

At FLUID, we take a collaborative, integrative approach to client care. Our team works together to cross-refer among our range of wellness services including physiotherapy, chiropractics, massage therapy and shockwave therapy.

Scheduling:

We're seeking independent contractors with up to 30 hours of weekly availability.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional treatments, consistently meeting FLUID's premium standards with precision, care, and professionalism. Conduct thorough client assessments and treatments in full alignment with regulations. Encourage clients to rebook by creating personalized, results-driven treatment plans that support their long-term wellness goals. Accurately complete SOAP notes after each session to ensure continuity of care. Maintain a spotless and sanitized treatment room after each guest, preparing the space for the next practitioner. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment by actively supporting and engaging with colleagues. Collaborate with fellow practitioners to develop holistic, customized care plans. Provide a seamless luxury client experience at every touchpoint, both in and out of sessions. Represent the FLUID brand by participating in exclusive events, photoshoots, and marketing initiatives. Respond promptly to client and internal communications to ensure smooth and professional interactions. Keep management informed about low inventory levels or equipment needs to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Experience

Proven experience as a Psychotherapist with a valid license or certification. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Prior experience in a multidisciplinary setting is preferred but not required. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends is highly valued.

Pay: $29.09-$84.95 per hour
