As an Acturis Learning & Development Manager you\xe2\x80\x99ll coordinate incoming requests, manage resources and design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and optimize learning on insurance systems. You\'ll contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of learning programs and strategies to support Westland\xe2\x80\x99s goals.

Why we\xe2\x80\x99ll love You:

• You\xe2\x80\x99re a master organizer, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
• You\xe2\x80\x99re an experienced or developing leader who can build and guide the learning & development function in a high-growth organization
• Experience creating, implementing and sustaining technical learning programs.
• Experience with Insurance and broker management systems a must-have
• A natural communicator with strong public speaking and facilitation skills within a virtual environment
• Proficiency in developing effective web-based learning material using Rapid Design tools such as Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia
• Proficient with MS Office (Powerpoint, SharePoint, Word) and web conferencing tools ie. Zoom
• Bonus experience: Experience leading a team and experience developing and delivering innovative, engaging learning programs
• Bonus skills: CTDP, CTP, PIDP or other relevant designation(s)

Once here, you\'ll:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate organizational needs to identify learning and development priorities.
• Create and execute scalable learning strategies and programs leveraging best practices in Adult Learning Principles, blended learning approaches, and Westland\xe2\x80\x99s Learning Management system (Docebo).
• Design and/or curate job aids, VILT, e-learning courses, career plans/paths, and workshops focused on advancing the technical skills and knowledge of employees.
• Establish and maintain a strong partnership with leadership and vendors/external contacts.
• Manage Westland\xe2\x80\x99s learning management system and training materials to ensure they\xe2\x80\x99re relevant, engaging, and accessible
• Develop and implement processes to measure training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement; create and maintain metrics and reporting.
• Stay ahead of industry changes, Westland\xe2\x80\x99s product offerings, and best practices in Adult Learning Principles.
