What you'll do:Drive Earnix strategy and execution for a product line, leveraging actuarial expertise to enable pricing innovation and achieve business goals. Engage and align stakeholders across Street Pricing, Technical Pricing, Model Owners, and IT Rating teams to ensure Earnix solutions meet business needs. Serve as the first point of contact for Earnix-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and supporting day-to-day user needs. Translate business requirements into Earnix solutions, including design, implementation, user acceptance criteria, and testing strategies. Coordinate and contribute to strategic projects, such as Data Science model ingestions and complex regulatory reforms, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication. Design and deliver advanced, role-based training, leveraging feedback and assessments to improve content and build organizational capability. Own and maintain line-specific documentation, including guides, FAQs, and release notes, ensuring consistency and accessibility. Coach and mentor team members, fostering technical development and supporting career growth.

What you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Working towards ACAS/FCAS designation. Minimum 4 years of P&C work experience, including 2 years in a senior analyst role (preferred). Strong knowledge of actuarial pricing principles and insurance product structures. Proficiency in programming (Python) and data manipulation tools. Experience with Earnix or similar pricing platforms is a strong asset. Ability to manage short-term projects independently (1 - 3 months) and deliver results on time. A process improvement mindset with the ability to identify gaps and recommend enhancements. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams. Experience coaching and mentoring, including delivering training and supporting capability building.
