Job Summary
We are seeking a talented acrobat to join our expanding team for the 2026/2027 dance season. The ideal candidate will be certified to instruct Acrobatic Arts, to age 5 to adult.
Position
Commitment to our 2026/2027 Dance Season. (Sept-June) Strong background in Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, urban/jazz funk or Musical Theatre is ideal for instructor fill in. Full time hours can be discussed depending on disciplines. Experience with competitive dance is an asset. Organize and participate in recitals, showcases, or other performance opportunities for students. Relocation to Labrador City, NL (Labrador)with living accommodations included. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall educational experience. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any concerns. Proven experience in teaching dance and a strong ability to Choreograph routines. Ability to create lesson plans that cater to different learning dance styles and abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with students and parents effectively. A passion for working with children, teens, young adults and adults, and helping them develop their dance skills in a fun environment.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
