Job Description

Our Accredited Business Benefits Advocate is responsible for providing a single point of entry for support of BBB Accredited Businesses (ABs) and the collection of past due accounts. Ensuring Accredited Businesses (ABs) maximize their benefits and that retention goals for the BBB are met.

Guaranteed base salary plus performance based bonus.

Responsibilities



Be key contact person for AB inquiries and assist with profile updates Contact ABs via phone, email, and mail regarding outstanding payments Respond to AB inquiries with professionalism Maintain accurate records of communications and payment activity Collaborate with finance and membership teams to improve collection processes Generate regular reports on collection status and aging accounts Learn and follow BBB standards and values

Qualifications and Skills

Positive, enthusiastic Self-motivated Dependable Persistent Previous sales experience is required Comfortable, confident, highly articulate telephone manner. Excellent English language communication skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Willingness to follow training and accept coaching
