Job Description


Our Richmond, BC client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Team Lead to join their team! This role will have the opportunity to work a hybrid model. As the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead, mentor, train, an existing hardworking team. You will have the ability to bring in innovative ideas and be an integral part of streamlining their processes. If you have more than 2 years of experience leading an Accounts Receivable or Accounting Team, this is the role for you!

In addition to leading a team, you will also be responsible for cash applications (including daily banking responsibilities and bank reconciliations), business to business collections and credit duties, analyzing complex customer accounts and resolve various issues, assess and review credit limits for new and existing customers, and produce monthly reports and customer statements.

Requirements

The successful Accounts Receivable Team Lead will have strong communication skills, both written and oral. Have experience with an ERP software and be an intermediate user of Microsoft Excel. In addition, post secondary education in Business Administration or Accounting will be considered an asset.
