Tank Traders is currently on the lookout for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in La Salle, MB. We are in search of a vibrant individual who has outstanding communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to achieving results. Responsibilities:

Reach out to retailers by phone to help resolve overdue accounts through both inbound and outbound calls Correspond with retailers via email and phone to ensure payment terms are adhered to Negotiate debt settlements in line with client and company policies Research and provide insights on various payment options and settlement strategies Keep detailed account notes in the system to document customer activity Process payments and allocate them to customer accounts Address customer inquiries in a timely manner Work alongside the Customer Support Department to establish and manage customer accounts Build and maintain relationships with corporate contacts by preparing statements and assisting with account reconciliations
