Job Description

This is an on-site position, no remote

Responsibilities:

Process and post payments to customer accounts Follow-up with customers on payment deductions Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow-up for collection Calculate broker's sales commission Miscellaneous finance support duties

Education & Experience:

ERP experience is required. SAP Business One Solution is an asset EDI experience is an asset 5+ years of proven accounts receivable experience Experience dealing with large customers similar to Walmart, Loblaws, Costco, Dollar stores is an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and efficiently to complete responsibilities and tasks for role math aptitude required for calculating balances, discounts excellent verbal and written communication skills highly organized, with a strong attention to detail, show good judgment Fluent in English
