How you create impact

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a key part in maximizing cash flow, minimizing Day Sales Outstanding, and reducing overdue balances. You'll help mitigate business unit risks while supporting procedures that drive sustainable growth.



Manage and control the Accounts Receivable portfolio Communicate regularly with Branch and Department Managers Handle daily calls and emails with external customers Deliver exceptional customer service Maintain accurate business records and sound bookkeeping practices Develop, analyze, and report on AR metrics Resolve issues such as invoice disputes Reconcile and match customer accounts as needed Ensure compliance with AR policies and internal procedures Support management with queries related to billing, gross profit, volume, and collections Collaborate with branch controllers to identify and address root causes of issues

What we would like you to bring

1+ years of work experience in credit and collections 1+ years of work experience in a customer service role Intermediate or advanced competency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables required) Post-secondary education qualification in business, finance, accounting or related field Credit certification is a plus

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and dental benefits, a retirement savings plan, and tuition reimbursement. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-TD1
