Immediately available Accounts Receivable Specialist contract role in Downtown Niagara Falls working 5 DAYS A WEEK on-site with a highly respected organization in the community. The Accounts Receivable opportunity requires high volume collection invoice processing up to 100 invoices per week. You will be highly proficient with financial collections including aging reports, billing statements, cash applications, and DSO for 90+ days. The successful candidate will require professional business English, both written and verbal. You will have experience in stakeholder management, communication with other departments, and strong attentive to detail. This Accounts Receivable Specialist contract is a short-term opportunity.The Accounts Receivable Specialist must have 3+ years of accounting experience in accounts receivable. Working for a highly respected organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with management and be a collaborative team player. To be successful in this Accounts Receivable position, you must be able to work on-site 5 days a week in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and be available immediately. You will have intermediate Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and lookups), SAP, ORACLE, and large-scale ERP preferred.
