About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a professional Accounts Receivable Specialist with 2+ years of Accounts Receivable Experience. This position is full-time and a hybrid position in Toronto, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily bank reconciliations
- Resolve collections through customer payment plans
- Resolve account discrepancies
- Process accounts receivable transactions including adjustments and payments
- Assist with annual audit processes
- Ad hoc projects
- An Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
- Pursuing CPA designation is an asset
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable Experience
- Experience working in a Real Estate Industry
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Yardi experience is required
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills- both oral and written.
- Strong team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
