\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor the accounting cycle for accounts receivable;
\xef\x82\xb7 Communicate with customers and answer their questions;
\xef\x82\xb7 Collect amounts due and agree on payment terms;
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and propose solutions to problems encountered.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze accounts receivable and ensure validity
\xef\x82\xb7 Record and submit accounting entries for approval
\xef\x82\xb7 Receive payments from various credit cards
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
\xef\x82\xb7 Verify and validate documents for financial approval
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare and account for deposits
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare various documents for audits
\xef\x82\xb7 All other related tasksQualifications
- DEP, AEC, DEC in accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role
