ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Analyze job costs for the preparation of sales invoices Prepare and send sales invoices to customers Follow up with customers on overdue sales invoices Assist with the preparation of cheque runs Assist with accounts payable transactions Review and enter purchase invoices Sort and match invoices/receipts Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the Accounting team

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

This level of position is for incumbents wishing to pursue a career in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Finance;

Field of study in Accounting or Finance Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar ERP system preferred Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Proficient in data entry management with strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Maintain discretion and confidentiality
This is an in-person position at VEI's Kitchener location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
