Kingsway Wholesale is a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical wholesale company in Toronto. We supply a wide variety of pharmaceuticals across Canada, with a strong emphasis on friendly and efficient customer service.

We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team and handle responsibilities such as:

Process and record cheque payments into our system Keeping track of bank balances Develop and update excel templates used for daily operations Prepare and distribute weekly statements for the sales team Record and categorize expenses from suppliers Make accounting entries Perform credit card and bank reconciliations Prepare and organize documents required for corporate tax filings and GST/HST submissions
The position is full-time. Pay is based on past experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of energy, good multitasking skills, consistency, punctual, initiative, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a strong grasp of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
