Partner with Billing, Pricing, and Operations to fix invoice issues, correct rating errors, and align on contract details.

Drive improvement:

Analyze payment trends, uncover the "why" behind delays, and recommend smarter, faster processes.

Champion cash flow:

Work with internal teams to minimize disputes and enhance financial performance.

Be the problem-solver:

Tackle challenges head-on, prevent repeat issues, and make a tangible impact on our bottom line.

Keep it clean and clear:

Maintain thorough, accurate records of all interactions and resolutions.

What You Bring

Experience in

credit, collections, or accounts receivable

, ideally within

transportation, logistics, or a related industry

. Strong

reconciliation and analytical skills
