You will get exposure to multi-residential units and commercial.
Advantages
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm - there is some flexibility - with start time and end time
- 8-hour day
- 30-minute lunch
- $25/hour or 50K per annum
Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable on 25 to 30 commercial buildings
- Data entry
- Bank Reconciliations
- Arrears follow-up
- Letter writing
- Review contracts and leases
Qualifications
- Property Management Experience is a nice to have
- 3+ years of Accounting /GL experience
- Experience in property management, or real estate is not necessary but an asset
- Experience with the Yardi software program is not necessary but an asset
- A college degree, or diploma in office administration
- Knowledgeable with MS Excel
